What type of events can be held at RG?

Private events and parties - including weddings, birthdays, showers, campouts; Corporate events; Retreats ; Family Reunions ; and we are open to your ideas to help host your event

All events must have a general liability insurance policy*

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?

We are flexible with space and capacity, We have hosted events that had up to 600 people in attendance and have had smaller gatherings for 10+ people.

Does RG have bride/groom suites?

No, not at this point (plans to have them in the future)…However, it is an option to use one of our 16’-20’ bell tents as a designated space.

Another suggestion is to bring a RV/trailer to use for that purpose; or opt for renting an AirBNB or a local hotel room

Does RG have restrooms onsite?

Currently we only have 2 porta potties available to use; as an option we have rented bathroom trailers which have flushable stalls

(plans to have flushable toilets on-site at a certain phase)

Reservations are on a first come/ first serve basis.

A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit equal to 1/3 of your total venue rental fee are required at the time of booking.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable.

What will it cost?

Costs are determined based on individual time and needs of each event. Costs will be determined and clear upon signing of contract and non-refundable deposit made to RG.

What amenities does RG have?

outdoor lighting ambiance (about 80 RGB lights in the arb, and string lights)

Two 8’x16’ stages that can be used individually or combined

DOES YOUR VENUE ALLOW FOOD TRUCKS/MOBILE BARS?

Yes! We love having food trucks, bar trailers, mobile ice cream/cookie stations, etc. at our venue. Please keep in mind that we do require that all trailers be self-sufficient. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WATER OR POWER HOOK UPS

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ALCOHOL?

Alcohol is allowed, and you can serve yourselves, or hire a bartender with an OLCC license -Insurance is required to be provided and you can get that through Wed Sure
